Stop working out. Start playing.
Fight. Sweat.
Transform.
Workouts get repetitive. Training programs get boring. You quit because it feels like a job. InnerShift VR isn't another routine, it's a combat game that hides a full-body workout.

How It Works
Simple to understand.
Brutal to survive.
No controllers on the floor. No running in place. Just you, two paddles, and an opponent who wants to send you flying.
Stand on the platform
You and your opponent face off on a small elevated arena, floating in a dystopian world. There's nowhere to hide.
Fight with two paddles
Each hand holds a paddle. Swing to attack. Raise them to block. Duck under incoming strikes.
Knock them off the edge
Win by pushing your opponent off the platform. They do the same to you. Best of 5 rounds. Each round is short, intense, and followed by a natural rest break.

FLOATING PLATFORM
The Rules
- 1Knock opponent off the platform to win the round
- 2Don't fall off yourself
- 3First to win 3 rounds wins the fight
- 4Between rounds: 5 seconds rest, then go again
That's it. Those are all the rules.
Anyone can understand this in 30 seconds. The depth comes from the combat.
The Secret
Simple game.
Secret workout.
Here's what nobody tells you about VR combat: blocking high attacks works your shoulders. Ducking under swings is a squat. Swinging a paddle is a full arm exercise. When you're focused on surviving, you forget you're exercising.
What you see
Opponent swings high at your head
What's actually happening
You raise both paddles to block. Shoulder press, tricep extension
What you see
Opponent swings hard at your body
What's actually happening
You lean or duck to dodge. Obliques, core, legs all working
What you see
You attack their left or right side
What's actually happening
You swing across your body. Core rotation, obliques, chest
What you see
Opponent never lets you stand still
What's actually happening
Non-stop footwork and movement. Pure cardio without a treadmill in sight
The opponent is secretly your personal trainer
Under the hood, the AI opponent selects attack patterns based on a workout profile. Want to target shoulders? The opponent attacks high all session. Want to work legs? They force you to duck and dodge low. The player just sees a tougher opponent. Their body gets a programmed workout.
Upper Body
Opponent does: High swings & overhead strikes
You work: Shoulders, chest, arms
Core & Legs
Opponent does: Forces constant ducking & dodging
You work: Quads, glutes, obliques
Full Body
Opponent does: Mixed, every angle
You work: Everything. Max calorie burn.
Why You Keep Playing
Built so you don't quit.
Every fitness game dies after a week. InnerShift doesn't. Opponents evolve, ranks decay, and there's always a reason to come back.
Opponents that evolve
Ranks that decay
Beyond The Game
The game is the proof.
Rehab is the mission.
30-65% of physiotherapy patients never finish their home program. We're turning the same mechanics into clinical-grade VR rehab for NDIS providers, WorkSafe, aged care, and private clinics.
